We went because of the celiac friendly reviews. However there was a wait for a table and I was able to watch food prep. While the GF crusts are in a separate part of the kitchen, they prepare the regular crusts NY style, twirling them in the air. There was flour in the air that was visible. Hands that prepared the regular crusts touched all of he toppings. When I asked the manager about contamination, he said there is flour in the air and he could not recommend his food to a person with celiac. We ended up leaving :-(
