The manager was super knowledgeable, helpful, and accommodating. I called ahead, which I would definitely recommend if you are worried about cc. The pizza was incredible, I was worried because it tasted almost too good to be true. But it was just that good and they took every precaution so I did not get sick.
I called ahead of ordering, and while they do have a shared environment, they take extreme precautions to ensure that their pizza is as safe as it can be for Celiacs. This includes cleaning and sterilizing equipment, glove changing, and baking the pizza on its own tray. (I also called Bellucci Pizza, and the person who picked up the phone had no idea about Celiac protocols so I definitely didn’t feel safe going there!)
As a symptomatic Celiac, I was feeling fine after eating at Andrew Bellucci’s! And the pizza is AMAZING — all homemade and no pre-made crust. Almost like a focaccia! Definitely rivals Kesté (IMHO, this is better!). So so so good.
