Dishes that can be made gluten-free are clearly marked on the menu. I had cashew chicken with veggies in a light sauce, not the brown sauce on the menu. Just after I ordered the server brought labeled GF soy sauce to the table for me. Food was lukewarm like it sat for awhile. We were one of two tables at that time so they were not busy.
