This location cleans the custard mixer every time if you tell them you have an allergy!

Sometimes they seem a little confused when you order depending on who is working. I went one time and a girl said the icecream itself had gluten and other times they have been extremely educated on what is celiac safe. The concretes aren’t safe since they can’t clean them properly but the plain icecream with some toppings or the sundaes are safe. My go to is the turtle sundae! The pecans are perfectly salty and it is so good!

I eat Andy’s ice cream frequently. The custard is gluten free so you just need to pick gluten free toppings.

I get custard here often and have never had a problem with cross-contamination. I get a concrete with vanilla custard, hot fudge and Reese’s cups. Absolutely amazing!! However, the staff is typically not knowledgeable.

I've been curious about frozen custard for a while, so we went here on our cross-country road trip. I'd read about chocolate and vanilla being GF, so I confirmed with the staff and got a simple cup of chocolate. Whoa, it tastes like a fudgesicle! My gluten-eating bf liked it, too, and got his own. No issues. Hope to have some more before we leave frozen custard country.

We had a wonderful experience! The shift manager explained that all the custards were gluten free. We asked that toppings for my daughters custard be taken from the back stock to prevent cross contamination. They were very accommodating.
