Attended for an event and called ahead to hear about the food situation. Manager on the phone was incredibly nice and helpful, informed me that the buffet would be fully gf and that their tortillas and chips are made in a dedicated warehouse so no cc possible in the production process. They were some of the best tortillas I’ve had.

Note that she mentioned that sometimes their carnitas are made with beer (at this event they were made with Coca Cola) and their cauliflower is usually fried and not gf (at this event it wasn’t), so those are both things to check into!
