I am not fluent in Spanish but I mentioned Celiac disease the only thing they had on the menu marked gluten free was gluten free spaghetti and Bolognese sauce. I stressed (in my limited Spanish) cross contamination and seperate water for the pasta, etc. the waiter was very confident that the pasta was "safe for celiac". I ended up having a great meal with no reaction! I also had the ham salad, very fresh!

They do serve steak and fish on the menu so I am sure there are more options. It would obviously be easier to explore more gluten free options here as a fluent Spanish speaker.
