The waitress was knowledgeable and said they had a grill just for corn tortillas. The chips are fried in a dedicated fryer. The rest of the fried items are in a shared fryer so not gf. Most other dishes can be made gf. They don’t have a gf menu but rather a list of do’s and don’ts. I’m celiac and did not get sick:). Nice ambiance too and a view of the lake!
