i love pizza with feta cheese, i got the veggie pizza which had eggplant and feta and that was SUCH a good combo. when i mentioned i needed a gluten free pizza, the man who i assume is the manager as he was ordering others around, immediately told the staff to make a gluten free and to prep the kitchen for cross contamination! i had no symptoms after. the crust itself was not the best, it was just your average cauliflower crust and was on the harder side rather than softer side, but it's hard to expect a great gluten free crust so i'm not complaining! the toppings itself were fresh and plentiful. would definitely go back again if i have more money later, as it was worth the price but still on the pricy side so beware. i give it 4 stars for safety only since it's not a dedicated gluten free restaurant, but it was definitely safe so tell them to take cross contamination seriously and they will!
