Just called and spoke with the manager. The GF crust is available but cooked in the same oven as the regular pizza. I was told that they can’t guarantee that the GF crust won’t come in contact with flour. So this is not a safe place for Celiacs. Bummer.
This is my new favorite pizza place! They put gluten free pizzas in a separate tin when they cook it so there’s no form of cross contamination. I haven’t yet gotten sick there and that makes me happy because the pizza is delicious!!
