I'm starting to worry that users on this site don't understand what goes into a dish being gluten-free. Yes, they have one type of gluten free penne that they can cook with their variety of sauces (some pre-cooked with meats that have bread in them), but no they don't have dedicated prep tables, pots, pans, etc (I asked). I settled for getting the grilled octopus over a plain bed of arugula. Banged me up a little since grill top was probably cross-contaminated. Had my glutenease pills which greatly helped to soften the blow.
