The waiter assured me that the sauces were all safe, as well as the fries. He also volunteered that they bread their catfish in channel so that was safe too. He said no issues with cross contamination unless I got something from the grill because they grill bread on there.

When the fries came out, I noticed they looked breaded. I found an old allergen menu online and sure enough, the fries and catfish were listed as containing wheat. I bought it to their attention and they comped my guts and brought me safe sweet potato ones instead but I would be very wary, especially for any celiacs.

Staff was great in answering all questions about gluten. The Cajun shrimp boil with the trifecta sauce was awesome! The bagged cooking minimizes any kind of cross-contamination.

I was super impressed at how well our server catered to my celiac needs. I expressed that I have Celiac, and she brought out a seperate menu that showed me what I COULD HAVE instead of what I couldn't. I really loved that idea. Instead of getting discouraged seeing all that I can't have, I got to focus primarily on what I could have. I definitely recommend!

Their sauces are GF and they cook everything in separate bags. The food was delicious. I stayed within the seafood part of the menu. I let my server know that I was celiac and asked her to let the kitchen know it was “like a wheat allergy”.
