They just opened yesterday. Didn’t have any gluten free pizza crust made but they offer gluten free pasta and all sauces are GF. They told me it would be about 30 minutes because they start a fresh pot of water for the GF pasta. I had chicken Alfredo with GF penne. It was excellent, some of the best Alfredo sauce I’ve had.
