Ich hatte vorher angerufen und gefragt, ob es sichere glutenfreie Optionen gibt. Ja, aber ich solle vor Ort noch einmal darauf hinweisen. Die Allergenkennzeichnung der Karte kam mir schon komisch vor. Ich fragte, aus welchem Teig die Frühlingsrollen gemacht werden, weil sie laut Karte kein Gluten enthalten. Ausweichend antwortete man mir, ich solle lieber die Reispapier-Röllchen nehmen. Dann kamen sie und in der Soße sowie auf dem Papayasalat befanden sich industriell verarbeitete Röstwiebeln. Ich erklärte, dass die selten glutenfrei sein, bekam aber keine weitere Info. Wir bekamen das Essen noch mal neu. Später wurde ich gefragt, ob die frischen Frühlingszwiebel in der Suppe Ordnung sein. Das Problem wurde offensichtlich nicht verstanden. Als Zöli sollte man hier vorsichtig sein!

Der Chef kannte sich sehr gut aus mit Gluten und möglicher Kontaminierung. Ramen mit glutenfreien Nudeln hat wunderbar geschmeckt.
