And they are so delicious!! We ate several different Ania’s cakes and all were so moist, fluffy and soooo good! Definitely there is nothing like those in entire Fresno area! Thank you Ania ! Great job!!!

Our gluten free cakes include:

Brazilian Coconut Yuca Cake, Italian Orange Almond Cake, Austrian Poppy Seed Cream Cake, Calabrian Walnut Cake, Spanish Almond Cake (Torta de Santiago), Chocolate Walnut Cake and Hawaiian Mochi (Vanilla, Green Tea and Ube flavors). We also offer Sesame Tahini Almond Honey Cookies.

Our baked goods are healthy and delicious; made with premium ingredients, many of them organic. We mostly work with almond flour, sweet rice flour, tapioca, walnuts, poppy and sesame seeds, and yuca root. There is nothing quite like our products in the whole Fresno area.

I found Ania's Sweet Secrets at the farmer's market and as I'm trying to go gluten free I decided to treat myself. So good! The walnut cake was delicious and I picked up several of the cookies to have for guests over the holidays. Recommended!

I don’t normally write reviews but I was so blown away by the delicious gluten free delicacies that I bought that I downloaded your app. Oh my god, this lady can bake and now I understand why she named her business Ania’s Sweet Secrets….She’ll tell you all the ingredients but not how to copy her at home.🤪. Her Brazilian Yuca cake and her Sesame Tahini maple cookies are to die for…..let me put it this way-everything she bakes is out of this world. I already ordered 2 cakes for Christmas. Give her a try!

I tried Ania's cakes during the block sales in the Fresno High neighborhood last spring/summer. Although she had set up a small table between sprawling estate and garage sales, Ania had a nice selection of baked stuff for the wandering crowds. My favorite was the Italian orange cake, which was moist but not soggy, with a tangy after taste. The yuca cakes were good too but felt more substantial. I could see myself packing a couple of these for a quick energy boost during day hikes in the foothills. I'm glad to see that she's expanding her business to farmer's markets and look forward to more baked treats.
