The gluten free tasting menu was phenomenal. So worth it, especially since celiacs so rarely get to participate in a multi-course menu. The staff were great and very knowledgeable about gluten/other allergies. Really creative cocktails and mocktails. They even brought over complimentary glasses of champagne because we were celebrating an anniversary. Even though it’s tapas style, the amount of food exceeded expectations. The flavors were fantastic. Can’t wait to come back!

Anima by EDO is a very knowledgeable and accommodating restaurant. I am a Celiac so I cannot handle cross contamination. They will fry their bravas potatoes is a fry pan with separate oil so there is no cross contamination. There are so many options too. If they can make accommodations, they will. The icing on the cake - they have an entire gluten free tasting menu.

The food is outstanding, the service is outstanding, the drinks are outstanding! It is my favorite restaurant!
