The menu doesn’t specify, however I talked to the waitress who was extremely knowledgeable and explained the differences in the sauces on the meats, the safety in which meals were good for gluten free “allergies” (or celiac). She explained the ability to substitute some meat options for others in plates (typically carne asada is safe) etc. Immediately made me feel better and comfortable about a good Mexican food choice in Livermore.
