Don't bother with this place, or any other of their many branches. I grew up in New Mexico and LOVE that food, but these guys put flour in everything. Even all the taco meat (safe in SO MANY local mexican/salvadoran joints) was flavored with red chile sauce with flour in it. At least the waiter was very willing to check each item I wanted to eat (and couldn't). I got no reaction after eating the steak fajitas (substituting corn tortillas for flour) which was basically the only thing I could eat.

Per the restaurant manager, both the green and the red sauce are made with flour, and all meats are marinated in the red sauce.
