I went here with friends without knowing much about the place. No expectations really but since it was nicer place I hoped to at least to get a salad or a few small sides in a pinch if the menu was limited. But I ended up being pleasantly surprised by this place! There was no dedicated menu or marked items but the server talked to the chef. They all seemed knowledgeable, and they assured me that most things on their menu could be made gf or naturally were already and would be safe for me. They said most things would already be fine minus the pasta and anything that came with bread which they could easily substitute. They even said no gluten went in their frier and they use a gf rice bran oil to fry. I didn’t get anything from the frier myself but got the chopped salad and roasted chicken. It was absolutely delicious and I felt fine afterwards. I would encourage people to ask questions and make sure things are still safe when dining here but really worth the effort. Also, it’s right outside the Stanley Marketplace.
