We stopped in for dinner Friday and had a server who was gluten free and sort knowledgeable. I officially ordered the prime rib but our server made sure to doublecheck everything, and found out the prime rib is cooked/served with gluten-containing au jus and the meat is warmed on the shared griddle. Our server said the sandwiches, omelettes, scrambles, and pancakes can all be GF, so I had the hobo scramble breakfast for dinner. It was really tasty. I ordered it without toast (they use a shared toaster), and I didn’t have any reaction afterward.
