They told us 30-35 minute wait to be seated and we ended up waiting an hour and a half. I got their gluten-free Bourbon Street pancakes. The flavors were really yummy with the rum syrup (a very small amount), bananas, pecans, and whipped cream however, edges of the pancakes were dense, dry, and gritty while the center was uncooked and still had batter running onto the plate. They bacon was gross and had a weird taste. The price range obviously had a recent increase, online was $12-$15 a plate when we got there it was $20 a plate plus an up charge for GF
