As a celiac, it isn’t as friendly with options as it would be for someone with a gluten allergy. With a gluten allergy, they have a good menu for pancakes and omelettes, but the options are more limited for a celiac, depending on your sensitivities. I wasn’t able to do any of their pancakes because of cross contamination and they don’t have a separate toaster for English muffins, bread, etc. I got an omelette and grits and was good to go.
