This place is a celiac’s dream restaurant! They have such an extensive gluten free menu. Our waitress was very knowledgeable. I ordered the beef braciole with sautéed vegetables. Went well with a glass of Chianti. At no time did i experience any issues. Would recommend this restaurant highly.

No. Just no. I’m not big on pasta so I had the pizza. It was awful. As a celiac, we CAN find delicious pizza and this is not the place to get it. Soggy, bland, and awful. If you want pizza this is not your place as a celiac.
This was an incredible experience! They have a GF menu and seem very well educated. One of the app options was gluten free pizza crust, so I asked if they could make garlic/cheese bread (since that’s another app!) They said it wouldn’t look the same but they would try, and they did and it was delicious! They said it’s the first time they’ve ever done that, and I appreciate it so much. They also let me build my own pasta, and pretty much any pasta dish can be made GF. They’re also good about CC from what I can tell as well. I would 100% come back, I’m a happy girl!
The best pasta in St. Louis! I have eaten here several times and never gotten sick. They have a separate gluten free and allergy menu. Highly recommend!

Anthonino Taverna, is a great allergy friendly restaurant. They have a full Gluten-free menu and on that menu it tells you all about the other allergies that they also cater too. I got a Gluten-free and Dairy-free Pesto pasta with grilled chicken it tasted amazing and was so flavorful and fresh. The waiter was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Your safety and health is what they want to guarantee 100%.
Great place for anyone with food allergies! They have an allergen menu that lists allergen free items by category (gluten free, vegan, peanut free, fish, etc.) as well as items that can be modified. The gluten free pasta is the best gluten free pasta that I’ve had, there is zero grit! I wish I lived just a little closer because this would be a very regular spot for me if I did!
It was alright. I got the salmon and it was kinda over cooked. I wish I tried the pizza or pasta.
The staff was very knowledgeable about gluten intolerances and on the menu's gluten-free options, including how dishes can be modified to be made gluten-free. The gluten-free menu also provides that information, and I found it to be one of the more helpful GF menus I've used since it is specific about what can be modified to make dishes gluten-free. It does not include which sides are gluten-free, which is unfortunate but our waitress was able to tell me with certainty what I would be able to order. They have gluten-free appetizers, entrees, and desserts, and I was told every pasta dish can be made gluten-free.
The food was amazing, and I did not experience any cross contamination.
Great selection of gluten free items to choose from - pizza, pasta, sauces and dessert! The pasta tasted so good, we wanted to verify it was GF before our daughter started eating. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful.
Read reviews and was excited to try this place. Dissapointed when we arrived to find the pizza and pasta are cooked in the same devices as gluten pasta and pizza. Be cautious eating here. They don't fully understand the severity of cross contamination.
Delicious italian food in the Hill! (not surprising) Gluten free pasta, knowledgable staff, and a careful kitchen! (Now that is rare) We get dinner to go from here regularly and I’ve never gotten sick. They’ve never made a mistake and remain friendly and knowledgeable in the two years we’ve been eating here. Also their pizzas are safe too!

I loved this place! I ordered the gluten free Alfredo with shrimp, peas and artichoke hearts. The atmosphere is great as well as the service.
Great gf options. Other dietary restrictions are also noted (dairy, nut, vegan, etc). My wife did not get sick. Food was very tasty as well.

I ordered the zucchini spirals with marinana, eggplant, goat cheese. It was very good. Did not feel sick at all.

GF pasta is actually zucchini "noodles". They have GF pizza, they can make all pasta dishes with zucchini noodles. Nice atmosphere, had lunch, located in local Italian neighborhood, parking is on street only, seems to be a local hangout. Good experience.
I have very severe celiac disease and I've eaten here several times with ZERO issues. Their gf pasta is fantastic, it's actually real zucchini and the gf pizza is very good as well. The kitchen and the wait staff I've encountered have been very knowledgeable and very accommodating. There is usually a wait...but the food is worth it.
no separate gluten free menu but plenty of options with a gf pizza crust. appetizers as well. they also serve gf pasta, but is actually zucchini pasta...so really zuchinni. I opted for the gf pizza and it was delicious.
