Really kind and helpful staff! They went through the full ingredients list with me to make sure there was no de-glutenized wheat starch in the gf pizza dough. The dough is a rice, potato, pea, and tapioca starch mix. They do use the same oven for everything and were very up front about that and checked with me to make sure that would be ok. About $19 for a 12” cheese pizza. More for toppings.

The server, Sam, was super helpful and we ordered 10 wings as an appetizer: 5 original (carmelized onion) and 5 Garlic Romano, with the Brad on the side for my partner. They are amazing, and the flavor from the coal-fired oven is unique.
I ordered their 12” gluten-free pizza with prosciutto, black olives and artichoke hearts. All of their toppings are gluten-free except the sausage. It was amazing. We both had slices and agreed we couldn’t tell it was gluten-free. I’ve had just about every pizza joint’s gluten-free pies, and this one tops them all.
I waited a day to leave this review so I could tell you that I had zero bad reactions or side effects. Can’t wait to go back!
