They are able to sub almost all pastas with GF noodles. I didn’t ask about how it’s prepared in the kitchen, nor did I double check about the cream sauce. It was good, but I chose not to eat my leftovers after feeling a little off the next day, but I am really sensitive. I also got to enjoy Spumoni ice cream for dessert!
We just got done eating here for the first time. The GF menu had a good selection with it being an Italian restaurant. I had the seafood pasta. I was expecting spaghetti and it was penne which made it feel more like a seafood mac and cheese. It was good and we will try it again but not sure it will be a regular place for us. Not marking yet if it is truly celiac friendly will know shortly.
The BEST gf pasta I’ve had! It stays together, no mushiness! Good service and a fun Italian vibe. Can’t wait to go back again soon.
The gluten free menu was decent. Basically gluten free noodles and whichever pasta dishes are otherwise gluten free. But we expected their description of “traditional” meant something different than they do. Everything was sweet—tomato sauce, cream sauce, the lasagna cheese tasted like cannoli cheese!
