We were really pleasantly surprised by our experience at Antica Molina! They immediately understood our questions around what was gluten free and the chef came out to confirm their dish was fried using rice flour. After we ordered they brought out an extra dish for us that wasn’t on the menu, because they had GF polenta - it was amazingly good. The chef also made fresh GF focaccia which was equally delicious and he also offered to make GF brioche for breakfast should we return. We ordered the mixed meat and pickles veggies as an app, and 2 kinds of risotto (one with fish and one with bacon) for our mains. We left super full and my celiac husband didn’t have any reactions. Plan to return before our trip is over.
