My daughter and I (both celiac) recently ate lunch here. Our waitress understood what Celiac Disease was and talked to us (proactively) about cross contamination. Someone from the back (kitchen) delivered our food directly to us (as soon as it was ready, with allergy sticks).
The waitress recommended a gluten free cake to us for dessert and explained how it was baked in a separate oven, however, someone from the kitchen came back out to talk to us and told us he was concerned about us eating it if we were Celiac because all desserts were made in the same area of the kitchen. It was so nice to have someone who understood Celiac and was completely honest with us!! So we skipped the gluten free cake but I am thankful we both were able to have a safe dining experience!
