This used to be our go to. The last time I called they said they don’t keep the pizza ingredients separate from the gluten ingredients so the spoon will touch the gluten pizza crust and go back into the ingredients. Not safe for celiacs anymore but if you’re not celiac it is a grey gluten free pizza.
Staff was very careful to ensure everything we ordered could be made gluten free. Owner was available and checked in multiple times, he was very knowledgeable about eating gluten free and practices to reduce cross contamination. Separate gluten free menu includes salads, pizza, multiple pasta dishes and desserts. The caprese salad was very good, garlic bread with cheese was amazing and pizza was even better. Best gluten free pizza I have ever had!!! Can’t wait to go back and try some of the pasta dishes, although the pizza was so good I will probably get it next time as well.
