Really good GF pizza. From where I sat in the restaurant, I could see Antonio making the pizza. First off, he sanitized his hands after just making a regular pizza. Then he rolls out the GF dough on parchment paper that is on the pan. After he assembles the toppings on the dough, he then bakes it on the pan and parchment so there's no contamination from the oven. Very tasty and all fresh ingredients. It's a 12" pizza and you're allowed up to 3 ingredients. Very nice staff... wish I had Antonio's back home.
