Not Gluten Free. Definitely NOT SAFE for celiacs or wheat gluten intolerant diets. All 5 of our Celiac, gluten free family of 6 got contaminated at Antonio's. Also the GF biscuits have oat and gluten ingredients so are not safe for many celiacs. We were so hopeful as most of his menu is GF but my family are all very ill which has ruined the rest of our ski NM trip. It's just not worth eating out with this disease. 😢💔

Virtually EVERYTHING on the menu is GF! I ordered their signature dish, and I can't remember whenever my taste buds have been so happy. Antonio made sure everything was to our liking and is MOST GRACIOUS!

Antonio’s is our favorite place to eat in Taos. Antonio is the chef - and he has a deep knowledge of gluten. At least 80% of the menu is GF - and he responds to questions and requests with compassion about my special needs. The staff is always welcoming and they check back with you with smiles to see if all is OK. I can heartily recommend Antonio’s for everyone - the chef makes fantastic food. Whether you are GF or not!
