This was the best breakfast I had on the island! Had the surfer bowl and it was a beautiful balance of flavors. They held the sauce for me since I am dairy free and I also had them omit the jalapeños and it was still so delicious. They also have homemade ginger beer that was amazing!

Cashier confirmed I could have the surfer bowl without the cheese sauce. She subbed shredded cheese for me instead, and I added avocado. Food was fresh and delicious, and the people were very kind about my allergy.

Gf options. Had the Surfer bowl with avocado for breakfast. Food was amazing. Staff was very familiar with celiac disease. Highly recommend.

The surfer bowl was delicious! They have a decent variety of GF options for breakfast. They separate everything to minimize cross contamination. Will definitely be coming back!

Had fried rice and it was awesome! They left the sauce off and was 100% gf! Did not get sick, just very full! Yum!

My partner got the fried rice and I got the bowl. He loved his, but mine was entirely too bland.
Staff were very knowledge and they seem to have updated their menu and are labeling lots of GF options! I had the Surfer Bowl with rice and kalua pork. Very yummy! The fresh fruit bowl was great and had a variety of perfectly ripe fruit. Definitely recommend this place for breakfast.

Nice folks but only thing on menu that is gf is fruit

They don’t have a gluten free menu, but a lot of the options are naturally gluten free such as the eggs, Kalua pork, rice, and beans. The surfer bowl comes with the above mentioned and it was very good. I did not get sick at all. I did not mention being gluten free so I am not sure of their knowledge, but they do have gluten free options if you get stuck eating there when nothing else is open.
