I have dined here for both brunch and dinner. Excellent food and beverages and such a treat to know all the food is Celiac safe. They can accomodate food allergies as well.

Wish I lived closer so I could get there more than once a year.

I’ve eaten at ABB a few times and everything has been incredibly delicious! I have celiac disease so I never eat out unless it’s a dedicated gluten free facility. I’m incredibly sensitive and I’ve never had an issue. The owners are incredibly knowledgeable as they have issues with gluten as well. Their homemade beer is made from fruit and is absolutely amazing! I couldn’t recommend this place more!!

Such a unique place! We ordered the Salt Potatoes and we'll be dreaming about them for the rest of our lives. So delicious! We also ordered a Cuban and a Turkey Melt, both were also yummy, as were the fries. It was a treat for me to be able to easily order a cocktail since they are all GF. I ordered the Cherry Moon and it was super good!

A couple of things to consider: there is definitely a staff shortage here. When we were there there was one waitress for the whole place. She was friendly and worked super hard, but naturally everything moved slowly because it was just one person doing the work. They recommend making reservations so they can try to plan staffing accordingly. Second, they do serve gluten containing drinks. There doesn't seem to be any risk of cross contamination, but it is something to keep in mind.

Great place for GF food and alcohol! And the place is so cool. Right on a corner so not hard to find a quick parking place. I’ve eaten there a f couple of times and it is so nice to know that I can enjoy my food/drink and not worry.

Completely gluten free restaurant! I had the fried chicken with baked beans, sweet potato fries, garlic kale salad and their New York State Chardonnay. Absolutely beyond fantastic. Best meal I’ve had in years and zero worry about contamination!!

Some of the best gluten free drinks and food I’ve had. Their GF Mac and cheese with truffle oil is a must. The sweet potato fries are also phenomenal. Love finding a GF place that is also grain and soy free. We also tried some flights and enjoyed the variety of alcoholic beverages they make. As an added bonus the aesthetic is really nice and it was a cool place to stop for food and some drinks.

Everything they serve is not only gluten-free but also grain-free. They have a lot of dairy-free options too. I ordered take out so not sure of the dining experience. On the menu it says there are gluten beers for to-go orders only. I would describe it as healthy pub food!

Everything is gluten free. It’s really nice to be able to order anything on the menu. I’ve been a few times. Enjoyed the Mac n’ cheese, green curry mussels, fried chicken and cashew cheesecake.

100% gf menu! Exquisite food and delightful gf alcoholic beverages! We had the Mac n Cheese with crispy onions and it was the most heavenly light gnocchi in a to die for creamy Swiss & cheddar sauce. I will be dreaming about this for months! Also had the Cubano sandwich that was served on smashed grilled tostones (plaintains) rather than bread - sooo delicious! Pickled onions and maple mustard sauce complimented the tender pulled pork. The grapefruit cider was refreshing and not too sweet. So many vegan & nut free options also. We will be going here regularly!

No taproom yet, but available around Syracuse area (list on website). Got to try It’s Pink (delicious strawberry lime flavor that makes me want Summer!), Midnight Hike (a dry blueberry blackcurrant flavor), and the Son of James (a oak-aged whiskey apple flavor that was just damn tasty). Completely gluten free production facilities. Can’t wait to try the other flavors.
