Apache pizza does amazing gluten free pizzas. The bases are freshly made in Mullingar, not store bought! The owner is really knowledgeable about Celiac friendly and they have a detailed ingredient and allergen booklet which lists ingredients for each option on the menu. The nacho’s are also GF. I highly recommend Apache pizzas!!
