No dedication for GF prep or cooking. They have a menu of suggestions of possible GF options.

Even though they say their fried potatoes are gluten free it is asterisked to note they fry in same oil as breaded items. We wanted to give them another chance since previous to Covid they were gf. We left and won’t be back. So sad because we really liked their breakfasts.

3/5 of my family have celiacs. The 2 non celiacs loved their food and their experience. The server was nice. We did get seated quickly and then sat forever waiting to order. The celiacs crew ordered grilled chicken, grilled chicken tenders, and grilled catfish. All 3 of us ordered mashed potatoes and fresh fruit as our sides.(They were on the GF menu) I asked the server to double confirm that the potatoes were in fact GF. He was adamant that they were. We were glutened. I can’t confirm that it wasn’t the spice, or cross contamination, but my gut (pun intended) tells me it was the potatoes. I’m pretty sure they were instant and the staff just doesn’t understand the seriousness. 😕

Have eaten there several meals breakfast lunch and dinner. Won’t go home hungry. If they had GF fritters and biscuits then it would get an excellent rating.

I was very disappointed. Maybe because we came as they were finishing up 5, yes, 5 bus loads of diners. Coleslaw was odd and bland, pork loin was very dry. I didn’t plan to eat the complimentary mashed potatoes that we were given but I needed them to get the pork loin down. The only dessert option for me was ice cream, lactose intolerant. My hubby got two desserts. His meal was jut GF but he also didn’t enjoy it. Volume of food I’d give it an 8-9. Service 9, food 3-4 on both of our meals.
The service was great, they had a gluten sensitive menu. The were very careful with my meal. While I could not have the fritters or soup, the rest was more than a full meal at most restaurants and it was wonderful. 2 grilled chicken breasts with apple relish, a lot of mashed potatoes, a salad, and vegetables. And I got ice cream for dessert. I would happily go back.

Ordered from the gluten free menu (hamburger, mash potatoes, slice of tomato). I have Celiac and got very sick. Meal was not gluten free.

Husband has celiac, still one of his favorites, ordered a cheeseburger, waiter comes back, you can't have a cheeseburger, the gluten free rolls came in wrong, they are not gluten free. Ordered grilled chicken tenders and mashed potatoes. Said they were best mashed potatoes in a long time.
Had eggs and sliced tomato. It was good, no GF starch options.
Food is mediocre. Server gave me salad with croutons and was not very well trained on GF menu. He also forgot about it half way through and had to remind him of the desert listed on the GF menu. Would not recommend for Celiacs but okay for dietary GF.

had a seperate menu for GF, have to ask server or upfront for it. My waitress was very knowledgeable about why some things were not GF. Food was AMAZING... I had the pork chops with mashed potatoes...prices were reasonable and food portions large...will be coming back here again during my week stay!!
Food isn't great. Very poor quality compare to previous years when visiting the area. Limited selection of gf food. Not at all confident that they have any cc practices. Skip it.

Very bad experience! We ordered off the gluten menu and the breakfast came with biscuits on top and the waitress said "oh I didn't even realize those were on there". She didn't offer to have the breakfast remade and obviously doesn't understand the word "allergy". The omelet was overcooked and they must use msg in their foods...I had stomach cramps the rest of the day. Saying they are allergy friendly is a joke, staff is obviously not trained and the overall experience not even worth the stop - eat somewhere else!

Horrible. Don't go here. ordered off gf "menu" came with a biscut on top of eggs. The waitress said " oh I didn't pay attention". veggie omlette that was ordered was dry. ordered without cheese and it came with cheese on top of it anyway. bacon undercooked.
For safety reasons had prepackaged dinner salad. Waitress didn't understand anything about gf & didn't care. As she put it your in the south.

Very good!! Definitely my favorite meal this whole trip! Everyone loved their food!
We had a great waiter and he was very knowledgeable about gf foods. My family and I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the food was really good! It was was one of our best dining experiences while on vacation!

The steak was super dry and without much flavor. Otherwise it was pretty good.
Ate breakfast here twice. Had a great GF menu. Both servers were knowledgeable. Food, service & atmosphere were great!
Waitress didn't understand what gluten was. She kept asking me to try their Apple Fritters. Grilled chicken was dry but their GF menu did have plenty of options.
Ordered off the GF menu, omelet came with a biscuit sitting on top of it.
Great breakfast! Order was perfect and out waiter Mikey was Awesome. Had the garden omelet with extra crispy home fries. The apple juice concoction the bring to the table when you first arrive is heavenly! Will definitely go back.

Feel like our experience was an exception. Waiter said we couldn't order any veggies in our omelet because brunch was over, which just sounded so strange. Ate a plain omelet with cheese which wasn't that great, and never got glass of OJ that I ordered. Surely they have other stuff that's better though. Would give it one more shot.
Gluten free lunch menu has a decent selection. Mashed potatoes & cole slaw were good. Chicken cordon bleu .... Not so good. But no celiac reaction & our waitress was incredibly sweet.

Found this restaurant through this app the first time I came here. If you are looking for country style cooking, this is definitely the place. Went once my first trip, twice on my second trip. If you don't go, your loss, great food and service.
Separate gf menu. Waitress knowledgeable. . No gf bread substitutes for sandwiches. Food was good but kind of small portions for the price.
Excellent food and wonderful restaurant! Highly recommend if you are in the area.
As soon as I told the waitress that I was gluten sensitive, she brought me a gluten-free menu! Food was delicious!
