Review of Applebee's

Waitstaff was not extremely knowledgable in gf, but very friendly and willing to accommodate. Apologized because the side normally served with my chosen meal is not gf and cheerfully substituted with one I could have. Gf menu/allergen list had several options. (List is available online, but they will print one off for you so you can be sure it's the most recent one). Kitchen staff and managers are very careful when any allergy order comes in. Food was good as always.

06/15/14 ETA: I ate here the other night and the server seemed very aware of gf and it was no problem at all. Excellent service and food.
