The staff here is trained on how to avoid gluten, so just make sure you let your server know if you have Celiac, and they'll help you out. There's also a nifty little allergen list on their website that tells you whether or not a menu item you're looking at has gluten ingredients, which I found to be very helpful. The only reasons why I'm not giving this 5 stars are 1. because the menu itself does not specify what does and doesn't contain gluten ingredients, and they also don't offer GF substitutes for bread/pasta, so it's kind of difficult to find something to eat, and 2. because they don't have a dedicated GF fryer. Other than that, though, I thought they were very good. I got the Fiesta Lime Chicken and it was quite tasty. :)
