Review of Applebee's

Items on the menu that include gluten are indicated with a gluten sensitive (gs) logo. Additionally, when the waiter found out I was gluten sensitive she spoke to the manager and the manager came out with the allergy binder so that I could appropriately make a decision. Very pleased with the service and professionalism.
