Aqua Terra Bistro

Aqua Terra provides a detailed allergen menu through their desktop website. While they don't have a ton of gluten free options, they take great care to ensure you get a safe meal. This afternoon I ordered an item marked gluten free and let the server know I have Celiac disease. A few moments later the manager came by to let me know one ingredient in the meal comes from a manufacturer that also processes wheat products. I appreciated this so much and was able to switch to another menu item that the kitchen could guarantee was absolutely gluten free. My plate was delivered by the manager with gloves on. Not only is the food always delicious, they truly care about their customers health & safety.

My husband and I frequent this restaurant often. When we first started going here there wasn't a gf alternative to the bread and spread brought to the table. But they thought of the most delicious alternative. They will bring sliced cucumbers out with their spread. They also wear gloves when bringing out the marked food. This restaurant has very knowledgeable staff and they always take the necessary precautions.

My husband has celiac and a dairy intolerance we go here all the time, the staff and food is amazing!! If your looking for somewhere to get high end bistro food this is the place to go without getting glutend!

They serve you with gloves and prepare your food separate. The staff is very knowledgeable and accommodating about celiac. Food is delicious and safe. 10/10
