Review of Arami

If you have Celiac or an allergy to wheat, do NOT eat or trust anything from Arami! I had a two hour layover in Midway yesterday and after reading comments here, I decided to see if they were a viable option. After speaking with three of the employees, I learned that the soy sauce they use as a glaze in the beef and salmon is wheat based. So even though they may provide packets of gluten free soy sauce, nothing here is safe/gluten free!
