The sushi was excellent but my immune system is a different story. Seems to be cross contamination.

I only recently found out I can no longer eat gluten, and I have been dreading going to a Japanese restaurant because I presumed I would be offered a miserable choice. Arami caters SO WELL for celiac sufferers. The menu was clear as to which items are gf (as well as vegetarian and vegan), the server knowledgeable, the food so tasty. Spenny but fabulous.

Absolutely fantastic and very safe gf offerings. Governor Rauner was even dining there when we went, was pretty cool.

They have an entirely separate gluten free and celiacs menu, and gluten free Tamari soy sauce. Staff was knowledgeable and accommodating.
