ARBRU Solar Brewery

We stopped here for a cider and some food. The menu was small as it’s a brewery however there were two gluten free options and they served cider and wine. We had the GF pizza, not sure if there is possibly of cross contamination but my husband was fine after eating it!

They were terrific. Unfortunately, the beer is not gluten free but the selection of local ciders was fabulous. They were careful with our food and we really appreciate it. Great place. Thanks!

Wood-fired pizza - GF is prepared in an aluminum tin, so no cross-contamination. It think it’s a typical Udi’s crust but they were accommodating to leave off the cheese and add veggies for a dairy allergy. They also have gluten-free tortilla chips, and salsa. All of the beer has gluten, but they have many different flavors of cider that are gluten-free. Additionally, they have an alcoholic or nonalcoholic, frozen slushy that is gluten free.
