It was great to have a roast beef sandwich on gluten free bun, along with a baked potato. They are very aware of celiac and have a separate prep area. Can't have anything deep fried but the sandwich was awesome. We will be stopping here again when we go thru town.

I've missed Arbys so much. came in for a baked potato and found out this is the only location (as far as the counter staff was aware) in Canada with Gluten free buns. a separate prep area, and a separate toaster. I was informed The owner has family with Celiac / allergies. Had the beef dip. delightful.

The manager took my request seriously and had the staff change gloves for my sandwich. A separate bag was offered for the GF portion. I just ordered a beef and cheddar with no bun and was fine. Excellent service and accommodations.

The workers made a roast beef in a lettuce wrap. I even put Arby’s sauce on it. No reaction at all. I am always reluctant to eat out, but saw the menu posted from previous user and gave it a try. Delicious. Fries confirmed to be not safe.

One person changed gloves but several ppl touched our order. I had to watch like a hawk.
The turkey salad (on the website) is no longer available and the current salad (chicken) isn’t listed. They offered to make it turkey instead since they couldn’t confirm if chicken was safe. It was a decent salad. Turkey and bacon were good and I’m feeling ok.
