Il faut être extrêmement précis dans nos demandes, mais la maladie ceaoliaque est prise au sérieux. Le gérant est même déjà venu me servir mon assiette, on m'assurant que toutes les précautions avaient été prises. Seule bémol: on peut seulement manger le burger Archibald accompagné d'une salade.

Food was good. Had the Archibald burger on GF bun. Bun a little expensive at $2.50. Some gluten free replacement options. Nachos are not gluten free since chips are fired in their oil and there is no dedicated fryer. Salsa also contains beer.

Menu has not a lot of gf choice unfortunately. -GF pesto penne - GF burger. Extra 2,50$ for GF bun or you can ask for lettuce wrap for free. Fries are not gf. -salmon

Je suis très satisfaite de la nourriture et du service très courtois que nous avons reçu. Simple petit bémol pain hamburger sans gluten extra $2.50! Je sais que nos pains sont plus dispendieux, cependant un pain hamburger normal le restaurant le paye aussi. Alors $1.00 de plus je comprendrais, toute fois $2.50 il a un peu d exagération!

Comme la serveuse n’était pas certaine des options sans gluten, elle est allée vérifier avec le chef. Elle est revenu en me disant que je pouvais manger tous les burger en remplaçant le pain par du pain sans gluten, les tartares et une sorte de pâtes qu’ils remplaceraient par des pâtes sans gluten. J’ai finalement choisi les pâtes et c’était délicieux ! J’ai adoré mon expérience.

J'ai mangé le tartare de boeuf avec la salade en accompagnement. C'était très bon. Les options sans gluten n'étaient pas indiquées sur le menu, mais le serveur a dit qu'ils pouvaient adapter plusieurs plats sur le menu.

Je suis allée en personne pour vérifier s'ils avaient un menu sans gluten. On me dit oui. Je réserve. Le soir de ma réservation je me présente, aucun menu, seulement quelques plats peu appétissant me sont offert. J'ai quitté. Très déçue.
