Archie's food really is to die for!! Absolutely amazing. My son has celiac disease and today he got his first DELICIOUS gluten free chicken tenders since his diagnosis a year ago. AND they had a dedicated fryer for French fries. I want to cry, I'm so happy to have found my son one of his favorites. The family running the food truck were kind and knowledgeable. The non- gluten free cheesesteak sandwiches were fantastic, as well. I wish we lived closer!

Celiac safe! It doesn’t say “gluten free” on the menu but we asked about it. Separate fryer. Their French Fries, Utah Philly Fries, Chicken Wings, & Chicken Strips are all gluten free.

French fries are cooked in a separate fryer. Had the Philly cheese steak fries and everyone felt great. Staff was friendly and responsive with questions via Facebook messenger.

There are not a lot of places to eat in Orderville, Utah and we were there for 2 days. I have Celiac but three other folks in my party do not, Archie's was only place to eat that was open. It is a delicious food truck that has cheese steaks, burgers, fries, sandwiches and chicken fingers. I asked about gluten free for someone with Celiac and the owner totally knew what it was, how to prep food, had a safe fryer that only fried gfree food. Most importantly, my choices were sandwich/burger without the buns or with lettuce wrap, salad with chicken and super yum gfree chicken tenders and fries. They were some of the best chicken tenders I have had and I ate there several times and had no issues. Highly recommend Archie's for celiacs and non-celiacs! It is def food to die for!!!
