This restaurant is located on the 16th floor of the Kimpton Epic Hotel building. The only things marked gluten free on the menu were the short rib arepas and the gluten free pancakes. I went with the arepas. The server and manager knew about gluten and cross contamination. They subbed the contaminated breakfast potatoes for a side of berries. The arepas themselves were delicious. They had a spicy avocado spread, then a layer of short rib meat, then a poached egg on top. Was quite pricey, but I would return.
