Italians who run this cafe understand celiac and bake the pizza in a closed aluminum box to avoid cross-contamination.

I was worried when I first saw the building - it is the cafe attached to the local soccer stadium - but it was really tasty and we all had a good time.

Die glutenfreie Pizza war sehr gut, sie wird in einer Einweg-Aluminiumpfanne zubereitet, um eine Kontamination zu vermeiden!
