Staff were very knowledgeable about coeliac, clearly explained the only gluten in the kitchen was bread rolls, prepared in a separate space, but that all other ingredients were GF. Amazing food, lots of take home options, both frozen versions of their menu items, and other grocery items. Will definitely be making it a regular local cafe.
