Staff was very knowledgeable about celiac disease, all Arepa are naturally gluten free. The only thing I couldn't have was anything deep-fried, though they mentioned they're looking into getting a dedicated fryer soon for gluten free!

Food was excellent and I didn't get sick. Would recommend. Only downside is they don't explicitly mark GF on the menu, but speaking to them cleared it up.
