Great place and great flavours One waitress was not knowable about cross contamination but called over another guy Oscar who as just wonderful. He catered for gf, df, grain free, egg free Separate fryer for fries 🍟 So much choice for coeliacs And great desserts A real find

Arepas Grill was great. Lovely Venezuelan food. Most of the menu gluten free. We tried two of the Arepas and it was one of the tastiest dishes I've eaten. Would very much recommend this for coeliacs.
Such a handy spot. I’d say 90% of the menu is naturally gluten free so felt very safe here.
Most items on the menu are naturally gluten free with very few exceptions. Most things are made with corn flour. Staff is extremely friendly and kind, the atmosphere is lovely.

Arepas Grill was so delicious and there were so many GF options. We ordered the tostones and the pabellòn. Yum! Oscar took great care of us, explaining everything and making us feel welcome. Definitely check it out!
