I am Celiac and I own one of the few gluten free restaurants in the US. As a chef I am very aware of how hard finding safe gluten free food can be. This buffet was exceptional. The chef took me around the entire selection of food. They have a dedicated fryer, so many items such as chips and many fried items are available (usually off limits). The chef stated the restaurant is geared to provide as many gluten free items as they can. WELL DONE!!!!!
