Review of ARIA Resort & Casino Las Vegas

Went for breakfast. I mentioned that I had gluten "allergy" at the front when I paid. The chef came and toured me around and showed me what I could eat. Lots of options and they had options for gluten free pancakes and pizza that they could make specially. I wound up taking way too much food. The pancakes I didn't enjoy that much. The brisket was very very good though. Overall the food was decent. The coffee was awful though I would recommend skipping it. I didn't get sick either.
